摘　　要：物流继材料、人力之后成为企业的第三利润源,企业在追求利润的同时,必将给予成本高度的关注。实际上,鉴于物流成本管理对提高企业经济效益和优化社会资源配置的显著作用,物流成本管理已成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素,物流成本管理是物流管理的核心。文中通过对目前我国企业物流成本管理存在问题的分析,提出了完善和改进我国企业物流成本管理的策略。Logistics has become the third profit source besides material and human resources,so enterprises will pay high attention to it when they pursuit profit. In fact,as its significant meaning to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and conserve social resources,logistics cost management has become the key factor to gain enterprises＇ competitiveness and core content of the logistics management.Based on the analysis of problems in the enterprise logistics cost management in China,this article comes up with solutions to improve the status quo.
