摘　　要：卷烟物流在生产厂和配送中心出现产销分离,流程复杂,成本居高不下等现象。文中根据供应链管理理论从卷烟物流产销一体化的主体、配送方式和库存管理三个方面构建了卷烟物流产销一体化体系,并提出了实现卷烟物流产销一体化的对策。The manufacture of tobacco and its sale is separate in tobacco factory and distribution center,with complex process and high cost.Based on the theory of supply chain ,this paper builds the frame of manufacture and sale integration of tobacco about its main participators ,way of distribution and inventory management.Then ,this paper gives treasures of manufacture and sale integration.
