贝伐单抗治疗血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

摘　　要：目的探讨生物靶向药物贝伐单抗治疗血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤的有效性。方法报道1例老年血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤患者经贝伐单抗治疗的疗效,分析治疗效果及安全性并复习相关文献。结果患者予贝伐单抗治疗8个疗程,达到完全缓解,化疗后随访至今已无病生存1年余。结论老年血管免疫母细胞淋巴瘤患者常规化疗存在风险高、缓解率低、生存期短等不利情况,贝伐单抗可作为该病治疗的一种有效、安全方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of bevacizumab for treating angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.Method A case with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma was reported to be treated with bevacizumab.Meanwhile,the safety and efficacy was analyzed with literature review.Result The patient got complete response after 8 courses of treatment with bevacizumab.Up to now,the case is still alive without disease.Conclusion Bevacizumab maybe a useful and safe treatment for angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.
