建设用地对二三产业增长贡献定量研究——武汉实证

摘　　要：为定量测算建设用地扩张与城市经济增长关系,将土地要素引入索洛增长模型,分析资本投入、劳动投入、建设用地投入、科技投入对城市二、三产业生产总值增长贡献,并运用武汉市1988—2008年相关数据进行计量检验。研究结果表明:武汉市建设用地要素投入每增加1%,二、三产业生产总值增长0.15%,土地要素贡献率为5.14%,贡献显著;武汉市建设用地利用处于报酬递减阶段,应该整合优化利用土地资源。For scientific calculations of the land element into the role of economic growth, the study has intro- duced the land element into Solow growth model and evaluate the contribution rate of various factors to the seconda- ry and service industry growth in Wuhan City. The results show that： the contribution rates of land is 5.14% in 1988--2008, and 1 percent of construction land input would lead to a 0.15% increment in total outputs of second- ary and service industry. It is concluded that the land element is important for the economic growth in Wuhan City, the beneficial result of the construction land utilization is now at the rate of gradually decrease, and the integrated and optimized utilization of land resources should be adopted.
