摘  要:针对田山一级泵站机组运行出现的间歇振动的实际情况,分析了机组产生振动的原因,提出了相应的水力整流措施。通过现场实验表明,泵站前池运用非连续挑流消能防沙技术措施整流后,前池和进水池的流态得到了改善,机组振动减轻,水泵机组运行稳定,泵站装置效率得到了提高,为国内同类泵站技术改造提供了经验。To solve intermittently vibration problems of pump unit running in Tianshan first-stage pump station,the causes of unit vibration were analyzed and the corresponding hydraulic rectification measures were presented.The field tests showed that after using the technical measure of discontinuous trajectory bucket type energy dissipation and sediment control,the flow pattern of forebay and suction sump were improved,the unit vibration was reduced,the water pump unit running was steady and the pump station device efficiency increased.The research can provide experiences for the technical transformation of domestic similar pump stations.
