35例卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤超声表现的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声诊断卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤的价值。方法回顾性分析35例经手术病理证实的卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤的超声表现，并对误诊原因进行探讨。结果本组35例卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤发生在单侧33例，发生在双侧2例，共37枚瘤体，其超声声像图表现可分为三种类型：①囊实混合型；②囊性型；③实性型。超声诊断符合32枚，符合率达86．5％，不符合5枚，其中2枚诊断为巧克力囊肿，2枚诊断为囊腺瘤，1枚诊断为单纯囊肿。结论超声对卵巢囊性成熟性畸胎瘤具有较高的诊断价值，通过总结分析超声声像图特征及误诊原因，诊断率有望进一步提高。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of Uhrasonography in mature cystic ovarian teratoma （MCOT）. Methods The Ultrasonography characteristics of 278 cases of MCOT confirmed by surgical pathology were reviewed. Results Among these 35 cases, MCOT existed on the single side in 33 cases and two of them existed on the double sides. Thirty - seven tumors were checked out all together and their Ultrasonography characteristics can be classified into three types ： ① cystic and solid ; ② cystic ; ③ solid. The accuracy rate of sonographic diag- nosis was 86. 5% and there were 5 cases misdiagnosed, two of which were diagnosed as chocolate cyst, two of which were diagnosed as cystade- noma and one of which was diagnosed as ovarian simple cyst. Conclusion The diagnostic value of ultrasound in the assessment of MCOT is high and the Ultrasonography diagnostic rate can be improved by analysis and summary of the Uhrasonography characteristics and the reason of misdiagnosis.
