摘 要:在分析和比较现有交流牵引驱动系统的控制方法的基础上,针对窄轨电机车的实际工程需求,提出了具有最大转矩输出能力的改进型转差频率控制方法。该方法克服了传统转差频率法PI参数难以确定、电流-转差率曲线难以数字化实现、输出转矩低于最大值等缺点,同时可对重载转矩及直流母线电压进行补偿;仿真和实验表明,新型驱动系统在启动和拖动过程中均具有较大的转矩输出能力和良好的动态响应特性,提高了牵引性能和系统可靠性,具有良好的工程实用性。The main control methods of AC motor are introduced and compared.A maximum-torque slip frequency control method is proposed to meet the requirements of mining locomotives and remedys the weaknesses of traditional slip fre quency control such as the PI parameters are hard to determine,the current-slip curve is hard to realize by MCU and the maximum torque can not be obtained.Simulation and experiment show that the novel system has stable torque control effect in the process of starting and speeding with heavy loads,the control method has the properties of fast response,saving energy more effectively and being insensitive to the speed detecting error.The properties satisfy the requirements of the project,and the application will be promoted.
