摘　　要：研究了一类不确定广义时滞系统的鲁棒无源控制器设计问题.首先给出了不确定广义时滞系统鲁棒稳定且严格无源的充分条件,在此基础上给出了带时滞的状态反馈控制器存在的充分条件,保证了闭环系统鲁棒稳定且严格无源,并且利用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)的解设计相应的控制器,数值例子说明该结论的有效性.The problem of robust passive control for a class of singular uncertain systems with time-delay is discussed.Firstly,a sufficient condition is presented for the system being stable and strictly passive.Based on such a condition,the sufficient condition for the existence of state feedback with time-delay controller is given to make sure that the closed-loop system is stable and strictly passive.Moreover,the control laws are designed in terms of the solution of LMI.Finally,a numerical example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of the conclusion.
