基于OPC Server的工业以太网监控技术的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了OPC技术的特点和应用。并以组态软件通过OPC接口实现对SIEMENS工业以太网的监控为例,对工业以太网的监控技术作了详细介绍,包括拓扑结构设计、网络配置、Windows DCOM配置、OPC Server的建立、OPC Client的建立、监控变量的连接、PLC温度控制曲线的监控等。The characteristics and applications of the OPC technology are introduced. By taking configuration software monitoring SIEMENS industrial ethernet by OPC interface as an example,he monitoring technology of industrial ethernet are described in detail,including the design of network topology structure,network configuration,Windows DCOM configuration,OPC server establishing,OPC Client establishing,the monitoring variable connection,the monitor of PLC temperature controlling curves and so on.
