摘　　要：目的:探讨乡镇医院继续护理教育现状,分析其影响因素和实施对策。方法:采用问卷调查、实地调研和统计学处理。结果:80.5%的护理人员未参加过院外业务学习,99.1%未曾赴高一级医院进修,13.1%医院未曾组织过业务学习。结论:提高乡镇医院护理人员的整体素质和护理质量,需要制定合理的继续护理教育计划,加大经费投入,创造多渠道的学习途径。Oblective：To investigate the status quo of continuing nursing education in the countryside hospitals and to analyse its influence factors and study the effective implementation strategies of continuing nursing education in the hospitals.Methods：A questionnaire survey,field research and statistical analysis.Results：80.5% nurses in these hospitals did not attend academic activities out of the hospitals and 99.1% did not participate in advanced learning in superior hospitals.13.1% of the hospitals never developed vocational learning.Insufficient training funds and shortage of nurse were the main reasons.Conclusion：To improve the integrate quality of the nursing personnel and the quality of nursing care in the hospitals needs to design feasible continuing nursing educational programs,increase financial support,and develop multi-channel approaches for advanced learning.
