摘　　要：目的 探讨RUNX3基因在6种不同肝组织中的蛋白表达及其相互关系和意义.方法 采用免疫组织化学（SP）法分别检测51例肝癌组织、23例肝增生结节组织、40例肝硬化组织、9例乙肝组织、5例脂肪肝组织和14例正常肝组织的RUNX3蛋白表达水平,并对其结果进行分析.结果 51例肝癌组织中弱阳性率、中度阳性率、强阳性率分别为41.18%（21/51）、3.92%（2/51）、3.92%（2/51）;23例肝增生结节组织中弱阳性率、中度阳性率、强阳性率分别为60.87%（14/23）、4.35%（1/23）、13.04%（3/23）;加例肝硬化组织中弱阳性率、中度阳性率、强阳性率分别为30.00%（12/40）、22.50%（9/40）、35.00%（14/40）;9例乙肝组织中弱阳性率、中度阳性率、强阳性率分别为44.44%（4/9）、11.11%（1/9）、44.44%（4/9）;5例脂肪组织中弱阳性率、中度阳性率、强阳性率分别为0%（0/5）、20.00%（1/5）,80.00%（4/5）;14例正常肝组织中弱阳性率、中度阳性率、强阳性率分别为0%、0%、100%（14/14）.前三者与后三者差异分别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,后三者之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 RUNX3基因的蛋白表达在肝癌形成过程中随癌前期病变向癌的方向发展呈递进性下降,RUNX3基因蛋白表达水平的渐进性下降可能与肝癌的发生发展明显相关.Objective To study the protein expression of RUNX3 gene in 6 kinds of hepatic tissues as well as their correlation and significance. Methods The protein expression of RLNX3 gene was detected by using immunohistochemistry in 51 cases of hepatoma tissue, 23 cases of hepatic hyperplastic nodule, 40 cases of hepatic cirrhosis tissue, 9 cases of type B hepatitis tissue, 5 cases of hepar adiposum tissue, and 14 cases of normal hepatic tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results The weakly positive, midrange positive and strongly positive rate of RUNX3 gene in 51 cases of hepatoma tissue was 41. 18% （21/51） , 3.92% （2/51） and 3.92% （2/51） respectively. The positives rate of RUNX3 gene in 23 cases of hepatic hyperplastic nodule was 60.87% （14/23） , 4.35% （1/23） and 13.04% （3/23） respectively.The positives rate of RUNX3 gene in 40 cases of hepatic cirrhosis tissue was 30. 00% （12/40） , 22. 50% （9/40） and 35.00% （14/40） respectively. The positives rate of RUNX3 gene in 9 cases of type B hepatitis tissue was 44.44% （4/9）, 11.11% （1/9） and 44. 44% （4/9） respectively. The positives rate of RUNX3 gene in 5 cases of hepar adiposum tissue was 0% （0/5）, 20. 00% （1/5） and 80. 00% （4/5） respectively. The positives rate of RUNX3 gene in 14 cases of normal hepatic tissue was 0% （0/14）, 0% （0/14） and 100% （14/14） respectively. There was significant difference in the positive rate of RUNX3 gene between the former three tissues and the latter three tissues （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is possible that the protein expression of RUNX3 gene in the process of hepatocarcinogenesis is decreased gradually with progress from precancerous lesion to carcinoma, which may be obviously related with the pathogenesis of hepatoma.
