摘　　要：目的:研究大学生主观幸福感与人格特征的关系。方法:应用主观幸福感问卷和大五人格量表对300名大学生进行调查,在SPSS16.0中采用积差相关和多元线性回归分析进行数据分析。结果:①大学生主观幸福感各维度与大五人格有不同程度的相关,多数相关达到显著。②神经质和宜人性能有效预测积极情感,其它人格因素对主观幸福感的预测效果不明显。结论:大学生主观幸福感与人格特征密切相关。Objective： To explore college students＇ subjective well-being and its relationship with personality traits. Methods： 300 students were measured by Subjective Well-being Questionnaire and big five personality inventory. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis in SPSS 16.0 program. Results： （1） college students＇ subjective well-being was correlated with big five personality to some extent. （2） Neuroticism and Agreeableness can effectively predict positive affection, and other traits have not obvious prediction effect. Conclusion： There is a certain correlation between big five personality and SWB.
