摘 要:利用一个已报道的DNA分子标记IDVGA-76作为牛特异性的遗传标记,通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)鉴定牛DNA及制成品的牛基因组DNA.通过对目的片段的PCR扩增共检测了来自14个不同牛品种的59个样品和9个其他动物样品.所有供试牛样品均产生1条188 bp的片段,而对照动物样品的扩增结果为阴性,表明IDVGA-76可以作为牛特异性遗传标记用以检测食品和饲料中的牛源性成分.A DNA marker IDVGA-76 reported in 1997 was employed as a specific genetic marker to differentiate bovine from other species by PCR protocol.DNA samples of 59 individuals from 14 different breeds of bovine and 9 non bovine animals were tested by the targe sequence specific PCR amplification.All of the bovine samples showed a positive band of 188 bp,while all of non-bovine samples are negative.The results suggest that the specificity of detection for bovine meat in food has been obviously improved by using cattle genomic specific sequence IDVGA-76,and the IDVGA-76 can be used as the bovine specific genetic marker for the detection of the components of beef in food and feedstuff.
