摘  要:目的:探讨常规临床化学不同检测系统间测定结果可比性的评价方法,提高实验室的检测质量。方法:随常规样本测定40份新鲜血清,每天测5份样本,共8天,应用回归分析、绝对差异法和相对差异法对数据进行分析和可接受性能评价。结果:以罗氏Modular作为目标检测系统,日立7170A生化分析仪为待评检测系统,两检测系统之间的相关系数R2均大于0.95,所有测量项目在医学决定水平处的相对误差TE%均小于1/2CLIA’88允许误差。在CLIA’88允许误差以相对误差为判断标准的检测项目中,采用相对差异法进行评价,两检测系统测量结果之间的差异88.2%为临床可接受;采用绝对差异法进行评价,两检测系统测量结果之间的差异63.6%为临床可接受。结论:日常工作中。两个检测系统间若存在恒定误差,采用绝对差异法;若存在比例误差,则采用相对差异法进行评价。Objective: To evaluate the clinical chemistry routine determination of the results of different detection systems comparable evaluation methods to improve the quality of laboratory testing. Methods: With the conventional determination of 40 fresh serum samples, 5 samples measured per day, 8 days, regres- sion analysis, the absolute difference and relative difference in method of data analysis and evaluation of acceptable performance. Results: The target detection system Roche Modular, Hitachi 7170A analyzer detection system to be evaluated, the two detection systems the correlation coefficient between R 2 were greater than O. 95, All measurements in the medical decision level of the relative error of less than 1/2CLIA 88 TE% allowable error. Zai CLIA88 allow error to the relative error criterion Di test items, the 采用 relative difference method evaluation, the two metrical Jieguo the difference between the 88.2% for the Lin Chuang acceptable; by Jue Dui difference method evaluation, the two detection systems the difference between the measured results were clinically acceptable 63.6%. Conclusion : The daily work, the two detection systems, if there is a constant error, using the absolute difference method ; if there exists a percentage of error, the method used to evaluate the relative differences.
