摘　　要：目的：探讨常规临床化学不同检测系统间测定结果可比性的评价方法，提高实验室的检测质量。方法：随常规样本测定40份新鲜血清，每天测5份样本，共8天，应用回归分析、绝对差异法和相对差异法对数据进行分析和可接受性能评价。结果：以罗氏Modular作为目标检测系统，日立7170A生化分析仪为待评检测系统，两检测系统之间的相关系数R2均大于0．95，所有测量项目在医学决定水平处的相对误差TE％均小于1／2CLIA’88允许误差。在CLIA’88允许误差以相对误差为判断标准的检测项目中，采用相对差异法进行评价，两检测系统测量结果之间的差异88．2％为临床可接受；采用绝对差异法进行评价，两检测系统测量结果之间的差异63．6％为临床可接受。结论：日常工作中。两个检测系统间若存在恒定误差，采用绝对差异法；若存在比例误差，则采用相对差异法进行评价。Objective： To evaluate the clinical chemistry routine determination of the results of different detection systems comparable evaluation methods to improve the quality of laboratory testing. Conclusion ： The daily work, the two detection systems, if there is a constant error, using the absolute difference method ; if there exists a percentage of error, the method used to evaluate the relative differences.
