摘　　要：目的：探讨肝素修饰的人工晶体在糖尿病白内障超声乳化术中的应用以及所发挥的作用.方法：对380眼糖尿病白内障患眼进行随机分组,人工晶体经肝素处理过的组为实验组200眼.年龄25～80岁,男114例,女86例,人工晶体屈光度：＋3D～＋30D;未处理的为对照组180眼,年龄22～78岁.男98例,女82例,人工晶体屈光度 ＋2D～＋29D.结果：分析资料采用行X列资料的卡方检验,两组对比有显著性差异.对照组炎症反应重者较实验组明显增加.结论：肝素修饰的人工晶体可减轻糖尿病白内障患者的术后炎症反应.Objective To investigate the heparin -- modified intraocular lens in diabetic cataract phacoemulsification surgery as well as the role played by. Methods 380 eyes of diabetic cataract patients randomized, intraocular lens by the heparin -- treated group, the experimental group 200. Age25 -- 80 years old, 114 cases of male, female 86 cases, intraocular lens diopter： ＋ 3 D - ＋ 30 D; untreated as a control group of 180, aged 22 78 years. Male 98 cases. 82 cases of female, intraoeular lens diopter ＋2 D - ＋29 D. The results of analysis using X--nut data ehi--square test, comparing the two groups have significant difference. The control group re -- inflammatory response than those in experimental group increased significantly. Conclusion heparin-- modified intraocular tens for cataract patients with diabetes can reduce the postoperative inflammatory response.
