摘 要:目的:探讨护理工作中护患沟通的必要性以及如何做好护患沟通. 方法:总结分析护患沟通不当导致护患矛盾产生的原因,提出改善护患沟通,增进医患和谐的方法. 结果:造成医患矛盾的情况包括对病情的沟通不足,对治疗方式的沟通不足,对治疗费用的沟通不足以及沟通中用语不当等.针对上述情况,应做好入院宣教,及时交代病情,解释治疗方案,准确执行医嘱,定时向患者通报费用,同时增强服务意识,加强沟通技巧. 结论:在护理工作中时刻注意做好护患沟通,对于改善护患关系,避免医疗纠纷的发生具有积极作用.objective To explore the necessary of communication in nursing work and how to keep a good communication. Method The reasons of bad communication which lead to conflicts between nurse and patient were analyzed, and method of communication improving and harmonious increasing were provided. Results The reasons of conflicts between nurse and patient include insufficient commuication in patient's condition, in method of therapy, in cost of treatment and incorrect words. To avoid these conditions, it was needed including education after admission, notice of conditons promptly, explaination of project of treatment, performation of medical orders accurately and report about cost to patient. Increase of service awareness and communication skill were needed at the same time. Concludsion Good communication would improve the relationship between nurse and patiten, and had a positive effection in dispute avoidance.
