摘　　要：目的：研究髓过氧化物酶（MPO）与慢性心力衰竭（CHF）及CHF严重程度的关系。方法：选取连续人院的74名NYHAⅡ～Ⅳ级的CHF患者及55名作为对照的非CHF患者，采用ELISA法测量其血清MPO浓度。采用多元线性回归分析血清MPO水平与CHF及其严重程度的关系。结果：在调整了混杂因素后，CHF患者血清MPO水平显著高于对照组[（16±5）μg/Lm．（9±4）μg／L，P〈0．01]，并随着NYHA分级的增加而升高（r=0．34，P〈0．01）。结论：血清MPO浓度在CHF患者中升高，并且与CHF严重程度相关。AIM： To explore the relationship between plasma myeloperoxidase （MPO） levels and the severity of chronic heart failure （CHF）. METHODS： Plasma MPO concentrations were measured by ELISA in 74 consecutive patients with New York Heart Association Class Ⅱ -Ⅳ chronic systolic heart failure （HF） and 55 controls （no history of heart failure）. The relationship between the plasma MPO levels and CHF was analyzed by multiple linear regression. RESULTS： After adjusting for confounders, plasma MPO levels in patients with chronic systolic HF were significantly elevated compared with those in the control group [ （16 ±5） vs. （9±4） μg/L, P 〈0.01]. Furthermore, plasma MPO levels elevated with the increase of the New York Heart Association Class （ Spearma＇s r =0.34, P 〈0. 01 ）. CONCLUSION： Plasma MPO levels are elevated in patients with chronic systolic HF and the elevation is associated with the severity of HF.
