摘  要:目的:通过Micro-CT技术和逆向工程软件及CAD软件建立牙齿根管治疗术后的三维有限元模型。方法:通过Micro-CT对获得的完整人下颌第一磨牙进行扫描,将获得的图片导入Mimics 10.01软件进行初步拟合,之后导入Geomagic 10软件中精修细化获得NUBS曲面。在Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0软件中根据根管器械的形态学参数建立模拟根管预备后的根管形态。最后,将精修细化的曲面文件和在Pro/E中建立的根管系统在ANSYS前处理软件Workbench中进行布尔运算和切割,并且进行属性定义和网格划分。结果:建立了根管锥度为0.02、根尖直径为0.35mm的下颌第一磨牙的精细有限元模型。结论:Micro-CT技术结合逆向工程软件和CAD软件可有效建立出牙齿模拟根管治疗后精细三维有限元模型。AIM:To construct the post-root canal therapy(RCT) 3D FEA model of the human mandibular first molar by Micro-CT,reverse engineering software and CAD software.METHODS:Intact human mandibular first molar was scanned by micro-CT.The scanned images were imported to the Mimics 10.01 software and the 3D model was prefabricated.Then,the preliminary 3D model was imported to the Geomagic 10 software and the NURBS toroidal was made after adjustment.According to the morphological parameters of the root canal instruments,the root canal model was made by Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4.0 software.Finally,in the Workbench of pre-processing software of AN-SYS,by Boolean operation and slice,and to attribute definition and meshing,the whole model was created.RE-SULTS:The post-RCT 3D FEA model of the human mandibular first molar was constructed successfully.It measureds 0.35mm in tip diameter and 0.02 in root taper.CONCLUSION:The combination of Micro-CT technique,the reverse engineering software and CAD software is an effective way for the reconstruction of 3D FEA model of the tooth structure imitating root canal therapy.
