摘　　要：目的:评价病人依从性在牙周基础治疗对药物性牙龈增生疗效的影响。方法:选取药物性牙龈增生病人10例行牙周基础治疗。根据依从性分为Ⅰ组(完全依从性)和Ⅱ组(不稳定依从性),于治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12个月进行检查并记录牙龈增生指数、菌斑指数、出血指数。分析各组临床指数的变化,并比较组间各指数差异。结果:随着增生程度的加重,菌斑阳性的比例增加,出血指数均值增加(P<0.01)。在随访期间Ⅰ组牙龈增生状态有持续性改善,牙龈出血指数、菌斑指数均显著好转。Ⅱ组牙龈增生在3个月时出现复发位点,且各项指数的阳性位点数比例显著高于Ⅰ组(P均<0.001)。结论:药物性牙龈增生的治疗效果及维持时间与病人的依从性密切相关。AIM：To evaluate the influence of patient compliance on the effect of initial periodontal therapy on drug induced-gingival overgrowth（DGO）.METHODS：Ten patients with DGO who had initial periodontal treatment were divided into complete compliance group（group Ⅰ） and erratic compliance group（group Ⅱ）.Gingival thickness index（GTI）,plaque index（PLI） and bleeding index（BI） were scored on buccal sites before initial periodontal therapy,1,3,6 and 12 months after initial therapy,respectively.RESULTS：Plaque-positive ratio and mean bleeding index of 10 patients were positively correlated with the severity of gingival overgrowth（P0.01）.In the follow-up period,the gingival overgrowth continuously decreased,BI and PLI were significantly reduced in group Ⅰ（P0.001）.However,3 months after initial treatment,recurrence of gingival overgrowth could be observed in Group Ⅱ,and BI and PLI index in Group Ⅱ were significantly higher than in Group I（P0.001）.CONCLUSION：Initial periodontal therapy can successfully decrease the severity of drug-induced gingival overgrowth.However,the maintenance of treatment effects is closely related with patient compliance.
