摘　　要：目的探讨PLK1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,及其表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测PLK1在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并分析其表达与子宫内膜癌临床病理因素间的关系和对预后的影响。结果 PLK1在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达率为18.0%,主要呈胞浆染色。PLK1表达与子宫内膜癌的FIGO分期(P=0.04)和肿瘤细胞的分级(P=0.01)密切相关,与肿瘤复发转移(P=0.07)介于临界状态。PLK1阳性表达者的5年生存率明显低于阴性表达者(67.2%vs.82.4%,P=0.076),但二者差异介于临界状态。COX分析显示PLK1表达不是子宫内膜癌患者的独立预后指标(P=0.761)。结论 PLK1在子宫内膜组织中呈高表达,可作为肿瘤细胞增殖和分化程度的标志物,且可能成为子宫内膜癌预后的潜在标志物,但需进一步严格分层研究。Objective To explore the expression of PLK1 protein and its associations with clinicopathologic factors and prognosis in endometrial carcinoma of uterine. Methods Expression of PLK1 was investigated by S - P immunohistoehemistry. The relations of PLK1 expression with elinieopathologic factors and its effect on prognosis of endometrial carcinoma were evaluated by X2 （Fisher＇s exact） test and univariated or multivariated survival analysis. Results The positive expression of PLK1 was located in eytoplasma of carcinoma cells, and 18.0% of endometrial carcinoma showed overexpression of PLK1. The positive expression of PLK1 was significantly correlated with FIGO stage （ P = 0. 04 ） and tumor grades （ P = 0. 01 ） of endometrial carcinoma, but boundarily with recurrence and metastasis of tumor （ P = 0.07）. The 5 - year survival rate of endometrial carcinoma with positive expression of PLKI was much lower than that of negative expression （ 67. 2% vs 82. 4%, P = 0. 076 ） , but the difference was not significant statistimically. Additionally, PLK1 expression was not a independent prognostic marker （P = 0. 761 ） by using COX model analysis. Conclusion PLK1 protein was overexpressed in endometrial carcinoma tissues, and therefore can be regarded as a tumor marker that shows the proliferation and differentiation of cancer cells and may be a potential prognostic marker of endometrial carcinoma.
