摘  要:从昆虫资源角度,分析了云南松毛虫(Dendrolimuslatipennis)蛹营养成分。雌雄蛹蛋白质、脂肪含量和氨基酸总量的差异较小,以干物质计,雌雄蛹蛋白质含量分别为58.66%、57.88%,平均58.26%,氨基酸总量分别为37.60%、34.23%,平均35.98%;脂肪分别为21.21%和23.73%,平均22.47%;总糖的差异较大,分别为7.71%和5.92%,平均6.82%;雌雄蛹之间的维生素和矿物元素的含量也存在一定的差异,以维生素A、D和E较明显;必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量(E%)的37.01%,E/N比值为0.59,E%/T值为2.47,是一种营养价值比较全面的食用昆虫。Pine caterpillars (Dendrolimus spp.) are the most destructive pests and Dendrolimus latispennis is one of the six major pine caterpillars in China. From the viewpoint of utilization and exploitation, a study was made to determine compositions and evaluate the nutritional value of the pupa of this insect. The differences in the content of protein, total amino acids and fat in male and female are not obvious; on the basis of dried material, the protein contents of male and female are 57.85% and 58.66% respectively, with an average of 58.26%; total amino acids 34.23% and 37 60%, 35.98%; fat 23.73% and 21.21%, 22 47%; the differences of carbohydrate in male and female are bigger, 7.71% and 5 92% respectively, the average 6.82%. There also exist differences in the vitamins and minor elements. The essential amino acids account for 37.01% in the total amino acids (E%), the value of E/N IS 0.95 and E%/T 2.45
