中职医学检验专业毕业生择业意向与就业状况调查分析

摘　　要：对玉林市卫生学校医学检验专业实习前在校生的择业意向及同年应届毕业生实际就业状况的调查表明:学生的择业意向主要集中在县级以上医院,而实际就业却是以乡镇卫生院为主的基层单位,主观就业愿望与就业现实矛盾突出,而且就业逐渐表现出多元化的趋势。学校应根据就业市场实际需求对中职医学检验专业的培养目标进行客观定位,加大教学改革力度,顺应市场需求,加强对毕业生的就业指导和心理教育,通过实行分段实习模式,实现学校教学与岗位需求的良好对接。Investigation show that,the occupation selection intents of medical examination specialty students mainly focus on hospitals of county level and the above,but their real employment institutions are subjected by town hospitals and gross roots institutions,the conflict between their subjective desire and real employment situation is prominent,and their employment manifest the trend of diversification. Secondary vocational schools should orient the cultivation objectives of medical examination specialty impersonally according to market demand,strengthen teaching reform degree,intensifying employment guidance and mental education for graduates and try to achieve good linkage between school teaching and post demand through carry through subsection training model.
