企业技术创新动力的评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：本文通过分析影响企业技术创新的内外部动力因素,构造了一个企业技术创新的动力机制模型,然后建立了相应的评价指标体系,最后提出了研究设计与数据处理方法。本文为我国政府科技政策的制定,以及企业强化自身科技力量、推动科技创新提供了理论依据和测量方法,具有重要的现实意义。Basing on the analysis of internal and external dynamic factors which affect technological innovation of enterprises,this paper constructs a dynamical mechanism model of technological innovation for enterprises.In succession,it establishes the corresponding evaluation index system.At last,it puts forward a research design and data processing methods.This article provides the theoretical basis and method of measurement on the formulation of Policies in China,the strengthening of enterprise’s own scientific and technological power,the promotion of science and technology innovation.It has important practical significance.
