摘 要:对液压脉动衰减器用CFD软件进行了数值仿真计算,得到了其频率响应。利用M序列压力信号模拟压力激励,并考虑流体的可压缩性,在层流状态下对液压脉动衰减器进行了CFD数值模拟。在利用FFT得出其频率特性后,将数值模拟模型与传统精确分析模型进行了对比,并将该方法用于一种复杂结构衰减器的频率特性计算。结果表明:该计算方法所得结果与传统精确分析模型结果一致,这对复杂模型的分析具有实际意义。Simulation of transient state of hydraulic pulsation dampers with a CFD code was done to get their frequency response. Under laminar conditions, transient state of pulsation dampers was computed with M-sequence pressure signals acting as a kind of boundary to simulate pressure wave and compressibility of fluid being considered. Frequency response was done via FFT of transient pressure sequences. Comparison between CFD model and traditional precise analysis model was presented and this new method was applied to frequency analysis of a complicated structure damper. The results show. the agreement between CFD numerical analysis and traditional precise analysis is satisfactory, and CFD analysis is practical to analyze frequency response of the complicated structure hydraulic pulsation dampers.
