摘 要:建立了电液激振器的数学模型,运用龙格-库塔法编制数值仿真程序研究了活塞位移与2D阀阀芯转速、轴向滑动位移之间的关系,给出了激振器的相频曲线并对相频曲线进行了分析讨论,最后建立试验装置对仿真结果进行了验证。理论分析和方针结果表明:当激振频率范围为固有频率的0.048~0.870倍时,活塞位移的相位变化很小;采用2D阀控电液激振器构成的多轴疲劳试验系统在该频段可以实现开环同步控制。A mathematical model of electrohydraulic vibration exciter was established; the relation among piston displacement of cylinder, the rotary speed and axial sliding of spool was studied by using the numerical simulation program in Runge-Kutta method, the phase-frequency waveform of the exciter was given and discussed. Finally the test equipment was established to verify the simulation results. It is classified that phase difference is changed little while the ratio value between the excitation frequency and natural frequency is in 0. 048-0. 870. So the phase synchronization can be achieved in multi-axis fatigue test system consisting of electrohydraulic vibration exciter controlled by 2D valve among that frequency band.
