口腔颌面部多间隙感染84例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔颌面部多间隙感染的诊断与治疗方法。方法:收集84例颌面部多间隙感染患者的临床资料,回顾性分析其人群分布,感染来源,易联合感染的组织间隙,治疗结果及并发症。结果:本组72例痊愈,12例出现并发症,经积极治疗后10例痊愈,2例死亡。结论:口腔颌面部多间隙感染应早期明确诊断并积极治疗,根据患者情况和治疗基本原则,首选广谱抗生素,经药敏试验后选用敏感抗生素,同时加强全身支持治疗,脓肿形成后及时行切开引流术,若出现气道阻塞行气管切开术等综合治疗方案。Objective：To evaluate diagnosis and treatment methods of oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections. Methods：We retrospectively reviewed 84 consecutive hospitalized patients with oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections between January 1994 and December 2008. Standardized data collection included population distribution, source of infections, treatment and complications information. Results： Seventy-two patients cured, 12 patients presented with complications, however, 10 patients cured by active treatments timely, 2 patients died. Conclusion：The results suggest that rapid diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial multiple space infections by adhering to fundamental principles in their management. Comprehensive treatment programs were performed： recognition of airway compromise, surgical intervention, and the administration of the appropriate antibiotic.
