改良横切纵缝法联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良横切纵缝法联合重睑成形术矫正内眦赘皮的手术效果。方法:2007年6月～2008年12月,对72例患单睑合并内眦赘皮的144只眼进行了治疗,通过改良横切纵缝法设计无张力切口将新内眦角缝合固定于内眦韧带上矫正内眦赘皮,并同期行重睑成形术。结果:144只眼术后赘皮纠正,泪阜大部分显露,双眼内眦间距缩短,重睑外形美观自然。所有病例随访6个月～1年,内眦赘皮完全矫正,无复发,重睑美观自然,瘢痕不明显,效果满意。结论:改良横切纵缝法适用于矫正轻中度内眦赘皮,与重睑成形术同期实施效果稳定,是一种简单、有效的手术方式。Objective：To investigate the possibility and aesthetic results of plastic and cosmetic operation incorporating epicanthoplasty with the double-eyelid blepharoplasty.Methods：According to the principles to correct the deformity of the medial canthus,a modified method was designed to fetch up the skin defect of the medial side of upper eyelid,minimize the skin scarring around the medial canthus,and form upper eyelid fold. Results：All 72 eyes（144 cases） were operated and satisfactory aesthetic results were obtained.The results were good after 6-12 months following up.The appearances of upper eyelid fold and medial canthus were evaluated. The appearances of eyelid fold were paralleled type.The epicanthus was corrected completely or in major. Conclusion：This is a simple and effective operative procedure with good results that can be widely used.
