摘　　要：针对板式家具抽屉专用设备的整体设计布局而提出的新夹紧和加工方案,改变了传统机械加工工序分散、加工精度低、自动化程度不高等缺点,以可移动式的定位夹紧机构为工序集中而设计,减少了工件因多次装夹而带来的误差,提高了效率,并且提高了板式家具抽屉产品的经济性和互换性。This paper has raised the new plan about the integral structure design of panel furniture drawer CNC machine tool.It has changed the traditional machine processing mode into a new idea of improving the efficiency.The traditional machine processing is scattered,the accuracy is low and the automation is at a low level.The new idea is to combine the advantages of the ordinary wood products CNC machine tool and increase the economy efficiency and interchangeability of products-panel furniture drawer.
