摘　　要：目的探讨如何准确地对急性白血病进行国际疾病分类。方法分析白血病临床分类结构与ICD-10分类轴心之间的区别,探讨疾病名称所包含的范围差异;分析M0的骨髓相特点。结果急性髓细胞白血病临床所包含的疾病类型较ICD-10广泛,M0应分入C92.0。结论了解急性白血病各型的含义可以达到对疾病进行正确分类。Objective To investigate how to accurately conduct an International Classification of Diseases for acute leukemia.Methods Analysis was done on the differences between clinical diagnosis typing and ICD-10 of acute leukemia in order to investigate the range included in disease name;Characteristics of bone marrow images with M0 were also analyzed.Results Types of acute myelocytic leukemia in clinical were more extensive than ICD-10,with M0 divided into C92.0.Conclusion Implication about various types of acute leukemia should be realized to correctly conduct classification.
