摘  要:目的探讨以病人为中心,以育人为根本的临床护理实习教学模式。方法通过健全教学管理组织、规范教学管理、探索新型教学方法和完善教学动态评估改进护理临床实习教学工作,并对护生实习效果进行评价。结果该工作开展后,在实习护生培养方面成效显著,达标率达到90.00%以上。实习护生招聘录用成功率由原来不足50.00%提升至85.00%以上。结论新的教学管理模式对减轻临床新护士培训压力,实现实习护生向新护士培养的无缝隙转化具有重要意义。Objective To explore the patient - centered and human - based pattern of nursing clinical practice teaching. Methods To enhance the effects of nursing clinical practice, some measures were taken, including perfecting the management organizations, standardizing teaching management, exploring new teaching methods,and improving dynamic teaching assessment. Results After these measures were implemented, the remarkable success in practice nursing students training was achieved. The qualified rate reached over 90.00%. The hiring success rate of nursing students was raised from less than 50.00% to more than 85.00%. Conclusion The new teaching management model is of great significance to alleviate the training pressure of new nurses and achieve the seamless conversion from interns to new nurses.
