加强护士健康教育培训对2型糖尿病患者正确使用胰岛素笔技能的影响

摘　　要：目的通过了解护士对患者实施胰岛素笔健康教育方面存在不足之处,加强护士糖尿病知识及教育技巧的培训,以便提高教育效果。方法对本科室13名护士进行调查,了解护士糖尿病知识及教育方法不足之处,实施教育制度的改革及加强护士健康教育知识培训。通过问卷调查方式了解患者住院前后对糖尿病药物治疗相关知识及胰岛素笔注射技能的掌握情况。结果患者在胰岛素治疗相关方面知识从教育前的45.0%-92.5%正确掌握率上升至教育后的95.0%-100.0%;胰岛素笔注射技巧方面知识从25.0%-95.0%正确掌握率上升至95.0%-100.0%;药物保管方面知识从97.5%正确掌握率上升至100.0%;预防意外及并发症方面知识从75.0%-85.0%正确掌握率上升至97.5%-100.0%。结论住院糖尿病患者缺乏胰岛素相关的知识及正确使用胰岛素笔技能,与护士的教育水平有关。因此,通过改进相关的教育制度及教育方式,加强护士糖尿病相关知识及教育技能的培训,能提高教育效果,从而也提高了患者糖尿病相关知识掌握率及正确安全使用胰岛素笔的能力。Objective To understand the deficiency of health education that nurses offer to diabetic on using insulin pen, and to improve the quality of health education of using insulin pen properly by training nurses in specific knowledge and educational technology. Methods Thirteen nurses were investigated on their knowledge of diabetes and health education. These nurses were trained to improve their knowledge on diabetes and health education. Patients were surveyed by using questionnaire on their knowledge of diabetes and insulin pen before and after they were hospitalized. Results Patients＇ knowledge on diabetes improved from 45.0% - 92.5% before health education to 95.0% - 100.0% after health education; from 25.0% - 95.0% to 95.0% - 100.0% on insulin pen using; from 97.5% to 100.0% on storage of medicine; from 75.0% - 85.0% to 97.5% - 100.0% on prevention of accidents and complications. Conclusions Patients＇ insufficiency of knowledge on diabetes and insulin pen is related to nurses＇ health education. Nurses should be trained to improve their knowledge on diabetes and the ability in health education, which will in turn improve patients＇ knowledge of diabetes and ability to use insulin pen.
