摘 要:目的探讨急诊科根据不同科别患者构成比、不同月份及不同时段的患者就诊规律加强急诊人力资源的管理方法。方法回顾分析2006年1月-2008年12月本院急诊科就诊患者的资料,对急诊不同科别患者的构成比、每年不同月份和各季度不同时段患者就诊量进行统计分析。结果本院急诊科患者以内、儿科为主;4-7月及11-12月就诊患者较其他月份多;周六、日和节假日每日就诊量较正常工作日明显增多;9-16、18-20这两个时段总就诊量明显高于其他时间段,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论急诊就诊患者在急诊不同科别、每年不同月份及每天不同时段就诊分布具有不同的特点,可根据急诊患者就诊特点分时段优化护理人力资源配置,合理安排护理人员休假、进修学习,减轻护士压力,提高护理工作质量。Objective To study the effective management of human resources in the emergency department.Methods The data of outpatients from Jan.2006 to Dec.2008 were retrospectively analyzed.The constituent ratio of emergency patients in the department and the visit capacity of outpatients at different month and season were analyzed.Results In our hospital,the patients for internal medicine and pediatrics took major portion.The number of visiting patient was obviously increased on Saturdays,Sundays and holidays(P 0.05).The number of visiting patient was larger on dates from 9 to 16 and from 18 to 20 each month(P 0.05).Conclusions The distribution of emergency patients varies with various departments,various time section and different month.Based on this distribution,we may optimize the nursing resource,arrange reasonably holiday and advanced study of nursing personnel,relieve nurses tension,and raise nursing action quality.
