摘　　要：综述了时间压力与员工创造性绩效之间关系的理论与实证研究状况,归纳了关于两者关系的已有看法,在对以往研究进行分析与讨论的基础上提出对时间压力的性质进行区分,探讨两者间的调节与中介变量是解决(研究结果)分歧的(未来前途与)方向。This paper reviews the theory and empirical research in the relationship between time pressure and staff＇s creative performance and sums up the previous views about the relationship.The authors distinguish the nature of time pressure based on the previous research.Exploring the moderator variables and the mediated variables between time pressure and staff＇s creative performance is the future direction to resolve the differences of the research results.
