摘 要:隧道下穿淤泥质软弱地层,开挖断面大,施工安全风险高,优化出合理的设计和施工技术方案,对于确保金沙洲隧道安全、优质、快速施工和保证总工期,具有重大的意义。结合室内试验研究,认为掺入一定量的水泥可显著提高淤泥土的力学特性,综合考虑选取最优水泥掺量为18%。在此基础上,进行现场水泥搅拌桩施工,对淤泥土地段进行改良加固。后期隧道开挖表明:掌子面土体能直立自稳,可有效地控制大断面隧道开挖引起的地层变形和位移,保证施工安全和质量,加快施工进度。It has high potential risk when tunneling beneath the silt ground with large excavation cross-section.Therefore,it is significant to optimize the design and construction technology to ensure the safety,quality,construction speed and the duration.Based on laboratory test,the conclusion can be made that the mechanical properties of silt improves significantly by mixing amount of cement,and the optimal mixing content is 18%.Thus,the cement mixing pile is used to improve and reinforce the silt ground.During the excavating period,the tunnel face can maintain stability,and the ground deformation and displacement caused by the excavation of large section tunnel can also be controled.So the construction safety and process quality can be ensured and the construction progress can also be speeded up.
