奥扎格雷钠与疏血通治疗急性脑梗死成本-效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨奥扎格雷钠与疏血通治疗急性脑梗死成本-效果差异。方法选择我院2007年9月至2009年9月急性脑梗死患者102例,随机将上述患者分为两组,观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组给予疏血通注射液,对照组给予奥扎格雷钠注射液。两组患者均治疗14d。治疗后,对两组患者进行临床疗效评定和成本效果分析。结果两组患者治疗后总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组成本为111.2元,对照组为286.1元,两组成本效果比较,观察组显著低于对照组。结论在治疗急性脑梗死时,使用疏血通方案要比使用奥扎格雷方案经济,医疗成本相当较低。Objective To explore the difference of cost-effectiveness about sodium ozagrel injection and shu xue tong injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 102 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected from September,2007 to September,2009.and divided into two groups,observation group and control group.routine treatment was given to two groups,and shuxuetong inection was used to observation group,sodium ozagrel injection was used to control group.The course for two groups was 14 days.after treatment,clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness was analyze.Results The total clinical efficacy in two groups was compared,there was no statistical difference,P0.05; the cost in observation group was 111.2 yuan,and the cost in control group was 286.1yuan,the cost in observation group was lower than that in control group.Conclusion The cost of the plan of shuxuetong is lower than that of the plan of sodium ozagrel injection when two plans are used to acute cerebral infarction.
