溃疡性结肠炎结肠黏膜不同时期内选择素表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎不同时期选择素表达及其意义。方法采用前瞻性研究设计，选择2007年7—12月UC患者，采用组织匀浆及ELISA检测结肠黏膜不同时期内选择素的表达。结果①共29例资料完整患者进入资料统计整理；②活动期UC患者病变黏膜及正常黏膜P选择素表达均明显高于正常对照组（F=35．2，P〈0．01）；E选择素在UC患者正常及病变黏膜同样高表达，但两种选择素异常表达在病变黏膜及正常黏膜中无统计学差异（t=1．46和1．32，P〉0．10；③UC缓解期内P、E选择素高表达与uc复发频次关系密切（X^2=4．201和5．040，P〈0．05）。结论选择素P、E可能是uc发病重要炎性介质，在UC发病中可能无决定性作用。但选择素高表达可能与UC复发频次关系密切。Objective To investigate the expression of selectin in different stage and position of colon mucos in UC. Methods The study was prospectively designed. The cases of UC from 2007.7 to 2007.12 was selected and selectin P,E in colon mucos homogenate were detected by ELISA. Results （1）29 cases of UC with whole dates were brought into the last statistic. （2）Slectin P in suffered and normal mucos of UC in active stage was high expressed, compared to healthy group, statistics was significant （ F = 35.2, P 〈 0.01 ）. Selectin E was high expressed in mueos of UC with active stage. But there were no statistical difference between normal and suffered mucos（ t = 1.46 and 1.32,P 〉 0. 10）. （3）In remittance stage, high level of selectin P, E in colon mueos and relapse frequency showed positive correlation（x^2 = 4. 201 and 5. 040,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Selectin P, E are important inflammation factor in UC and maybe not take a decisive role in the onset of UC. But high level of selectin P,E in remittance stage in colon mucos may have more possibility of relapse.
