摘 要:在无水乙醇中,以苯甲酰甘氨酸(C9H9NO3,Benzoyl-gly)为配体,稀土钕为中心体,合成了一种稀土二元配合物,分别以咪唑(C3H4N2,Im)或苯并咪唑(C7H6N2,Bim)为第二配体,合成了两种新型稀土三元配合物.通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和TG-DTG分析,确定了配合物的化学组成分别为:Nd(C9H8NO3)3·4H2O,Nd(C9H8NO3)3·(C3H4N2)·4H2O,Nd(C9H8NO3)3·(C7H6N2)·4H2O.通过抗菌实验对其抑菌效果进行了研究.结果表明,稀土配合物对苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,E.coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureaus,S.aureus)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis,Bs)有不同程度的抑制作用;抗菌效果明显优于硝酸钕和配体.通过三维荧光光谱对配合物的发光性能进行了研究.结果表明,配合物的荧光均源自配体,并且发生了淬灭现象.A new binary complex of rare earth Neodymium with benzoylglycine(C9H9NO3,Benzoyl-gly) and two ternary complexes with imidazole(C3H4N2,Im) or benziminazole(C7H6N2,Bim) as the second ligand were prepared in absolute ethanol.Their composition was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV and TG-DTG.The compositions of the complexes were confirmed to be Nd(C9H8NO3)3·4H2O,Nd(C9H8NO3)3·(C3H4N2)·4H2O,Nd(C9H8NO3)3·(C7H6N2)·4H2O.The antibacterial activities testing indicates that all these complexes have differ antibacterial ability against Bacillus thuringiensi(Bt),Escherich coil(E.coil),Staphylococcus aureaus(S.aureaus) and Bacillus subtilis(Bs),the complexes have stronger antibacterial ability to neodymium nitrate and the ligand.The spectral properties were studied by the three-dimensional fluorescence spectra,it is found that the fluorescence of the complexes was from the ligands,and the fluorescence quenching was observed.
