摘 要:现行的战备完好率模型仅仅注重维修保障,而未考虑备件保障,在通常情况下,模型本身还高估了实际的战备完好性。使用可用度也不能代替战备完好率,两者的目标对象,工作、维修剖面,涉及的相关参数完全不同。提出了新的战备完好率模型,全面考虑了维修保障和备件保障两个方面的问题,更加符合战备完好性的涵义。对于可靠性、维修性和备件保障性参数的综合权衡,降低寿命周期费用,优化工程设计,该新型模型可以发挥重大的作用。The current readiness model focuses solely on the maintenance support without considering the spare parts supply, and usually the model itself can even overestimate the actual readiness. The readiness cannot be replaced with the operational availability due to their different targets, operational and maintenance profiles and related parameters. In this paper, a new readiness model with full consideration of both the maintenance support and the spare parts supply is proposed, which is more in line with the meaning of readiness and shall be more useful for the trade-off of reliability, maintainability and spare parts supportability, the reduction of the life cycle cost and the optimization of engineering design.
