摘 要:轿车后保险杠由于其面积大、内孔多,采用传统的注射成型方法,往往会出现熔接痕数目多,造成保险杠表面色差明显,机械强度低等问题。根据广义Hele-Shaw流动模型原理,将顺序阀技术用于控制料流方向,从而将熔接痕移至分型面边缘,以此来减少熔接痕的数目。并以轿车后保险杠为例,采用数值模拟技术对其进行顺序控制模拟分析,通过多种方案分析对比,获得了合理的热流道浇注系统和工艺参数,经试模,制品表面无明显熔接痕。采用顺序阀技术对提高轿车保险杠注射成型有着实际意义。Many weld lines were caused in traditional injection molding.Because there were a lot of holes and large area in car back bumper,it led the chromatism problem frequently and the mechanical strength was low.According to generalized Hele-Shaw flow mold theory,sequence valve technologies were used to control the direction of flow,which could transferred the weld lines to the edge of the parting surface to reduce the number of weld lines.Took the car back bumper as an example,numerical simulation method was used to simulate the sequence valve during the injection molding of the car back bumper,compared with several schedules,the reasonable hot runner gating system and parameters were obtained.The results showed that the surface of product had few weld lines.The sequence control method was of great practical significance to bumper manufacturing.
