摘　　要：立足于精神分析学派的本能理论,弗洛伊德对文化的定义、构成、起源、发展做出了颇具特色的阐释和说明。他认为文化和文明是两个相同的概念,是人类区别于动物的标志;文化包含两个层次的内容,科学技术、物质财富和各种规章制度是文化构成的第一个层次的内容,共同理想、艺术、哲学和宗教等心理财富是文化构成的第二个层次的内容;人类文明始于图腾时代,建立于爱欲之上;人类文明是以牺牲人的本能为代价建成的;人类文明的进程是爱欲和攻击性本能的斗争过程。Freud made an interpretation and explanation about the definition, structure, origin and development of culture with a very strung feature of psychoanalytic theory. He thinks that culture and civilization are two identical con- cepts, and they are the signs of difference between human beings and other animals. Culture contains two levels of contents. Science and technology, material wealth and various rules constitute the first level, and common ideal, art, philosophy, religion and other psychological wealth constitute the second level. Human civilization began in the totem era and was built on Eros. Human civilization has been built up at the cost of huaman instinct. The process of human civilization is the struggle process of erotic instinct and aggressive instinct.
