摘 要:目的了解血清对氧磷酶(PON)1在肺癌发生发展中的关系。方法测定101例原发肺癌患者,89例良性肺病患者和78名健康人血清中PON1水平,比较3组血清PON1活性水平,并且比较不同病理类型肺癌患者PON1活性水平。利用ROC曲线分析PON1活性,判断PON1的最优截断点并计算灵敏度、特异度。结果原发肺癌患者血清中PON1活性显著降低(P<0.05),不同类型的肺癌患者血清中PON1活性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PON1活性的ROC曲线下面积为0.859。PON1活性的最优截断点约为140 U/mL,灵敏度和特异度分别为75.8%和81.2%。结论检测血清PON1活性可以作为肺癌患者的辅助检查项目之一。Objective To evaluate serum paraoxonase 1(PON1) activity in patients with newly diagnosed lung cancer.Methods This study involved a total of 101 patients with newly diagnosed lung cancer,89 patients with benign pulmonary disease and 78 age-and sex-matched healthy individuals.Serum PON1 activities were measured in three groups.Then we compared the PON1 activities in three groups and different types of lung cancer.The optimal cut-off value of PON1 activity was identified by using ROC curve.Sensitivity and specificity were calculated at optimal cut-off.Results PON1 activity in lung cancer group is lower than that of benign pulmonary disease group and healthy controls(P0.05).There is no significant difference in different types of lung cancer(P0.05).The AUROC of PON1 was 0.859,the optimal cut-off value was 140 U/mL,and sensitivity and specificity were 75.8% and 81.2%,respectively.Conclusion Serum PON1 activity is a potent marker for assessing lung cancer.
