中西医结合治疗老年性痴呆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾益髓养脑化痰汤加石杉碱甲的中西医结合疗法治疗轻、中度老年性痴呆的临床疗效,并与单纯西药石杉碱甲和单纯中药补肾益髓养脑化痰汤进行疗效比较。方法:90例轻、中度老年性痴呆的患者随机分为3组:治疗组(补肾益髓养脑化痰汤加石杉碱甲组)30例;对照组1(单纯西药石杉碱甲组)30例;对照组2(单纯补肾益髓养脑化痰汤组)30例。疗程3个月。观察治疗前和治疗后1、2、3个月的认知功能(简短精神状态量表MMSE)和日常生活活动能力(日常生活活动能力量表ADL)的改善程度。结果:在治疗3个月后,治疗组MMSE分数有显著改善(18.5±4.0,P<0.05),对照组1、对照组2的MMSE分数无显著差异。治疗组ADL分数2个月后有显著提高(42.2±16.2,P<0.05),对照组1在3个月后有显著提高(42.9±16.4,P<0.05)。对照组2无变化。结论:中西医结合治疗轻、中度老年性痴呆疗效确切,对患者的认知功能、日常生活活动能力均有改善,值得推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine （BuShenYiSuiYangNaoHuaTanTang） in mild or moderate Alzheimer＇s disease,and to contrast the different effect with Huperzine A and Chinese medicine.Methods：90 patients with mild or moderate Alzheimer＇s disease were divided into 3 groups in random：30 patients in treatment group; 30 patients in control 1 group （Huperzine A group）; 30 patients in control 2 group（BuShenYiSuiYangNaoHuaTanTang group）. 3 months observation. Cognitive Function and Activities of Daily Living were measured by MMSE and ADL separately before the treatment,and in 1,2,3 months following the therapy. Results：No difference of Cognitive Function was found in control 1 group and control 2 group before and after the therapy,but it was improved in treatment group following 3 months therapy（18.5±4.0,P〈0.05）. Activities of Daily Living in treatment group was improved in 2 months therapy （42.2±16.2,P〈0.05）; control 1 group too in 3 months therapy（42.9±16.4,P〈0.05）; there is no difference of it in control 2 group before and after the therapy.Conclusion：Combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine has good efficacy on Alzheimer＇s disease,and it can improve the cognitive function and activities of daily living.
