摘　　要：目的评价经皮动脉腔内支架成形术对糖尿病足患者的临床疗效。方法对10例存在外周血管病的糖尿病足患者,围手术期予口服抗血小板聚集及常规治疗,并行经皮动脉腔内支架成形术。术前、术后行下肢血管造影及超声检查,并评价临床治疗效果。结果 10例患者手术均获成功。术后患肢供血改善,伤口愈合。观察3个月,均未出现狭窄。结论下肢经皮动脉腔内支架成形术治疗糖尿病是是一种安全、有效的方法 ,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of artery percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in the patients with diabetic foot.Method 10 patients with diabetic foot were peripheral angiopathies and received anti-platelet aggregation and routine western medicine therapy.Before and after surgery,lower limb angiography and ultrasound were examined.After evaluation,the artery transluminal angioplasty and stenting were operated.Result 10 patients were received operation,successfully.After operation,blood supply of affected limb was improved and wound healing was obviously improved.Conclusion Lower extremity artery percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and stenting placement is safe and effective.
