摘　　要：介绍了某一典型打包机电气控制的PLC控制系统。结合自动打包工艺流程要求,提出基于PLC的自动控制方案,阐述了该控制系统的基本设计思路和工作原理,确定了输入输出端口的分配,给出了该控制系统的I/O接线图,运行结果证明该系统稳定可靠。Describes a typical packing machine electrical control PLC control system.Automatic packing process integration requirements,proposed a automatic control program based on PLC,described the control system＇s basic design concept and principle,to determine the distribution of input and output ports,given the control system I/O wiring diagram,The results of run show that the system is reliable.
