摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺错构瘤的临床及X线表现,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的15例乳腺错构瘤患者的临床和乳腺X线资料。结果所有肿块触诊表面光滑,活动度好,质地柔软10例,质韧5例。乳腺X线片均未见腋下淋巴结增大、皮肤增厚、乳头回缩征象。混合型肿块10例,脂肪型肿块3例,致密型肿块2例。结论认识和掌握乳腺错构瘤的临床特点及X线钼靶表现,有助于提高其诊断和鉴别诊断的水平。Objective Aim To study the mammographic and clinical features of breast hamartoma.Methods Clinical and imaging findings were retrospectively reviewed in 15 patients with breast hamartomas identified on preoperative mammography.Results On clinical examination,all the lumps were mobile,and ten lumps were soft and five were firm.In the15 hamartomas,10 were of the mixed type,3 were in low density and 2 were in high density.Masses with clear contour were found in 12 patients while those with blurred rims were idnetified in 3 cases.Conclusion Knowing and mastering the X-ray manifestations and clinical characteristics of breast hamartoma is helpful in establishing the correct diagnosis.
