摘　　要：以客户定单为依据来安排定制产品的生产,与大规模生产下的以需求预测来安排生产的方式相比,定制生产模式存在着时间和成本上的劣势整条供应链反应速度较慢。文章针对目前在大规模定制生产的生产过程中,供应链反应较慢的问题,提出了用敏捷供应链来支持大规模定制生产的模式,并提出了这种模式实施的途径和基本方法。Compared with the way of arrangement by demand forecast in scale production, to arrange production according to the customers＇ orders has disadvantages of wasting time and high cost and slow reaction. Against the problem of the slow reaction from the supply chain in the extensive customization, the model of using the agile supply chain to support the extensive customization production is put forward, solutions and methods are presented.
