摘 要:以聚乙二醇、丁二酸酐、N-羟基丁二酰亚胺、己二胺和对苯二胺为原料,合成了6种非离子型高分子表面活性剂。采用FTIR对目标产物进行了结构表征,利用乌氏黏度计确定了它们的特性黏度,考察了25℃时该6种表面活性剂的表面活性及它们的浊点、乳化力、发泡力和泡沫稳定性等。结果表明,该类高分子表面活性剂具有较好的表面活性,临界胶束浓度(cmc)介于0.37 g/L^5.43 g/L,cmc下的表面张力(γcmc)为37.68 mN/m^47.71 mN/m;该类产品的特性黏度介于6.2 mL/g^48.4 mL/g;浊点为67.4℃~89.6℃;乳化力为52 s^207 s;具有较好的泡沫稳定性。Six amphiphilic copolymers were synthesized from polyethylene glycol,succinic anhydride,N-hydroxysuccinimide,1,6-hexanediamine and 1,4-phenylene diamine.The structure of target products was characterized by FTIR.Their intrinsic viscosity was determined by Ubbelohde viscosimeter.Their surface activity at 25 ℃ as well as cloud point,emulsifying power,foaming power and foam persistence were measured.Results showed that these amphiphilic copolymers have better surface activity,wherein the critical micelle concentration(cmc) and γcmc of target products are 0.37 g/L~5.43 g/L and 37.68 mN/m~47.71 mN/m respectively.The intrinsic viscosity of copolymers lies between 6.2 mL/g~48.4 mL/g;cloud point lies between 67.4 ℃~89.6 ℃;emulsifying power lies between 52 s~207 s;and their foam persistence is good.
