摘　　要：以光学活性物质(3R,4R)-3-[(1R)-叔丁基二甲基硅氧乙基]-4-乙酰氧基氮杂环丁-2-酮(4AA)为起始原料,经取代、酰化、Witting环合得到了标题化合物,并对其合成方法进行工艺改进。中间体和产物结构经1HNMR、IR、元素分析和质谱表征。并对合成C-2位为苯基取代的青霉烯提供了一种提纯方法,简化了反应过程。An improved method for synthesis of（5S,6R）-2-phenyl-6-[（1R）-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxyethyl]-penem-3-carboxylate was developed through displacement reaction,acylation and Witting cyclization reaction of optically active material（3R,4R）-3-[（1R）-tert-butyldimethylsilyloxyethyl]-4-acetoxy-2-azetidi-none（4AA） upon thionocarboxlic acid.The intermediates and the target product were characterized by 1HNMR,IR,elementary analysis and MS.
