白芨三七混剂对门脉高压性胃病大鼠胃黏膜及门脉压力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究白芨三七混剂对门脉高压性胃病(PHG)大鼠胃黏膜及门脉压力的影响。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为假手术对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、白芨三七混剂治疗组(C组)和云南白药治疗组(D组),每组10只。采用一期门静脉缩窄+左肾上腺静脉结扎法复制大鼠PHG模型。造模成功后,C组、D组分别给予白芨三七混剂及云南白药灌胃1周,然后4组大鼠分别测门静脉压力后处死,取胃黏膜固定、制片、染色,计数胃黏膜血管密度。结果与A组相比,B、C、D组大鼠门静脉压力明显升高,胃黏膜血管明显增生扩张。C组大鼠较B组大鼠门静脉压力明显降低(P(0.05),胃黏膜血管增生扩张程度明显减轻(P(0.05);D组大鼠门静脉压力及胃黏膜血管增生扩张程度与B组大鼠相比无明显变化。结论白芨三七混剂能明显降低PHG大鼠的门静脉压力,并能收缩胃黏膜血管,减轻胃黏膜血管增生扩张程度,故其有可能成为治疗PHG出血临床围手术期的有效方法之一。Objective It is to explore the effects of mixture of common bletilla tuber and Sanchi on gastric mucosa and portal venous pressure in rats with portal hypertensive gastropathy（ PHG）. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into Sham surgery group （ group A） , model control group （ group B） , mixture of common bletilla tuber and Sanchi treatment group （group C） and Yunnanbaiyao treatment group （group D）. Each group had 10 rats. PHG rat models were established by pri- mary portal vein coarctation and left venae suprarenales ligation. After PHG models established successfully, group C and group D were treated with mixture of common bletilla tuber and Sanchi and Yunnanbaiyao respectively for one week. After their portal venous pressure was detected, the rats in the 4 groups were all killed and their gastric mucosa was gotten to fix and stain, and blood vessel density of gastric mueosa was counted. Results Compared with group A, the portal venous pressure in- creased obviously with significant hyperplasia and extension of blood vessel of gastric mucosa in group B, C and D. The portal venous pressure in group C was significantly lower than that in group B（P 〈 0.05） , and degrees of hyperplasia and extension of blood vessel was significantly less in group C compared with group B（ P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious difference in these changes a- bove was found between group D and group B. Conclusion Mixture of common bletilla tuber and Sanchi can obviously de- crease the portal venous pressure in rats with PHG, and can shrink blood vessel of gastric mucosa, inhibit its hyperplasia and extension, so the mixture may be a effective treating method for PHG bleeding in peroperative period.
