摘 要:目的:研究活髓牙及死髓牙根部牙本质含量的差异。方法:采用电子探针对两类牙齿牙本质氟进行定量分析。结果:活髓牙近髓腔侧氟含量明显高于牙本质内层(P<0.01),与牙骨质界内相比差异显著(P<0.05);而死髓牙分布规律不明显。结论:活髓牙摄取氟的能力强,具有抗龋作用,死髓牙功能下降,易形成继发龋。Objective:To investigate the nuoride content of denhn in vital teeth and PulpleSS teeth. Metheds:EleCtron probe techique was ugh .in this study. Results:There was a significant difference between vital andpulpless teeth in fluoride content indentin near the pulp cap (P<0' 01). The fluoride content in denim near thepulp cap was higher than that in inner denim (p<o. os). However,ih this study,the law of nuoride diStribu. 1non was not obvious in pulpless teeth. Conclusion:Fluoride in denim mainly came from the supply of blall inpulp. When the blabs supply of pulp lOSt,the absorption nuoride was less in denim. Rendnerliforion was lOw.Teeth fractured easily and presented secondary canes. So it was very important to keep vital pulp in clinicaltreatment.
